Tranquil Teachings Learning Center, LLC is a Private Membership Association. We are founded as a Faith in Nature organization under the 1st, 5th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments, as guaranteed to all Americans in the US Constitution. Our learning center operates through private funding only and completely free of any and all state mandates or government interference.
Policies, Terms & Conditions of Membership
Tranquil Teaching Learning Center LLC (“Tranquil Teachings”) is the Coordinator of a private membership association (the “Association”) with a mission of, “Growing Minds, Mastering Peace and Nurturing Connections”. As a condition of becoming a member of the Association, Tranquil Teachings, you agree to be bound by the Association’s policies, listed below. The Association reserves the right to change its membership policies at any time, and at its sole discretion, and it will provide such notice by email to a Member thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of any changes to its policies.
I. PRIVACY POLICY
Tranquil Teaching’s members are expected to follow its privacy policy that applies to any information received from a member, or his/her representatives, pertaining to any matters of the learning center

​II. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

Good Faith: All members agree and represent that they are joining the Association for the sole purpose of supporting its mission and values and that the information provided to the Association during Member registration is true and correct.

Should it be found that the Member has misrepresented information, or his/her intention as stated within the Association’s registration and application process, then the Member agrees and acknowledges that the Association shall be entitled to cancel, the Member’s membership.

Revocation of Membership: The Association, controlled by the Coordinator, has the sole right and authority to revoke membership at any time if a Member or representative violates the Terms and Conditions of Membership.

Membership fees: The Association’s membership fees are collected up front on an annual basis, and are due in full at the time of registration.

Renewal: At the start of each learning year membership fees will be collected.

Lapsed Membership: Any Member whose membership has lapsed may not participate in any Association’s members-only activities until they have renewed membership and paid all agreed-upon membership fees in full.

III. ASSOCIATION POLICIES
By participating in an Association activity, (or any event) organized by the Association, Members agree to be bound by the following policies: Eligibility: Participation is open to any member in good standing.
IV. ASSOCIATION CODE OF CONDUCT
All Members agree to abide by the Association’s Code of Conduct.

Members are expected to behave professionally and civilly at all times, negative, disparaging or discrediting comments regarding other members, including their children or wards will not be tolerated.
2. Actions inconsistent with the above rules will be considered violations of this Code of Conduct. The Association reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure compliance with Code.
